Questions about 1-to-1 Chemistry tutoring
What does a typical 1-to-1 class look like?
A normal class is 1.5 hours online with one teacher and one student. The lesson can combine explanation, worked examples, original or legitimate exam-style practice, live marking and a clear next task.
Do you teach both Core and Extended?
Yes. Core candidates take Papers 1 and 3 plus Paper 5 or 6 and are eligible for grades C to G. Extended candidates take Papers 2 and 4 plus Paper 5 or 6 and are eligible for grades A* to G. Lesson plans must reflect the student's actual route.
Who teaches the Chemistry classes?

Is homework marked between classes?
The teacher can set and review targeted questions between lessons. The purpose is to show exactly whether the student lost marks through Chemistry knowledge, calculation, application, wording or practical technique.
How much does tutoring cost?
RM80-90 per hour depending on the assigned teacher. Normal classes are 1.5 hours (RM120-135 per class). Every new student starts with a compulsory paid one-hour trial lesson at the same hourly rate. There is no package commitment after the trial.
Is the trial lesson free?
No. It is a paid one-hour lesson with the assigned Chemistry teacher, charged at that teacher's hourly rate. It is a real teaching session rather than a sales call.
