What Happens in the Hour
Your child chooses: a real lesson on a topic they pick, or a diagnostic on their weakest area. Either way, it runs exactly like a regular class: Zoom or Meet, shared digital whiteboard, real 0620 past-paper questions.

Struggling with mole calculations, electrolysis, or organic chemistry? The tutor teaches that exact topic for the hour, mapped to the 0620 syllabus, finishing with past-paper questions marked live against the real mark scheme.
Option 2: a diagnostic on the weakest areas
Not sure where the problems are? The tutor works through targeted 0620 questions across the syllabus, watches how your child answers, and pinpoints exactly which topics (and which exam skills) are costing marks.
What You Get Afterwards
Within a day of the trial, you receive an honest assessment on WhatsApp:

Why Every Student Starts With the Trial Lesson. No Exceptions.
Because fit decides results. A tutor can be excellent on paper and still be the wrong fit for a quiet Year 10 student, or a Year 11 student eight weeks from the exam. The trial exposes that mismatch inside one hour, when fixing it costs a single lesson instead of a term.

Questions parents ask before booking the trial
What does the trial lesson cost?
It is charged at your assigned tutor's hourly rate, so RM80-90 for the hour. That buys a full 1-hour lesson with a vetted Chemistry specialist plus a written assessment you keep. There is no separate booking fee, and nothing else is due unless you choose to continue.
Why is the trial 1 hour when regular classes are 1.5 hours?
One hour is enough to judge the teaching and for the tutor to diagnose your child's level; the extra half hour in regular classes is where homework review and past-paper drilling live. The trial is a fair sample, not the full working session, and you are charged for the hour rather than the full class.
Can we skip the trial and go straight to regular classes?
No. Every student starts with the trial lesson, even if you're ready to enrol today. Fit between tutor and student decides results, and we'd rather lose a booking than mismatch a student and find out a month in.
Is the trial a sales call?
No. There's no presentation and no pressure script. You are paying for teaching, and teaching is what the hour contains. The only 'pitch' is the lesson itself.
Can my child pick the topic for the trial?
Yes. Most pick their weakest topic; mole calculations and electrolysis are the usual choices. If they're not sure, the tutor runs a diagnostic on past-paper questions to find the gaps.
How fast can we get the trial?
